What does Co-Managed IT actually look like day-to-day?

Will you replace our internal IT person?
No — that's the whole point of co-managed. We work alongside, not over, your existing IT team. You keep the relationships and institutional knowledge; we bring bench depth and tools.
Who handles help desk tickets — us or you?
